The main feature of C-Frame Press is its C-shaped body structure, which is similar to a capital English letter "C". This structure not only provides strong support, but also reduces vibration and displacement generated during the stamping process, ensuring machining accuracy and stability.

 

Working Principle

 

The working principle of C-Frame Press is based on stamping technology. During operation, the electric motor drives the slider (also known as the punch) through a transmission mechanism to perform reciprocating motion in the vertical direction. The upper part of the mold is installed on the slider, while the lower part is fixed on the workbench. When the slider moves downwards, the upper and lower molds close and apply pressure to the metal sheet placed between them, causing it to undergo plastic deformation, thereby achieving the goals of stamping, forming, shearing or bending. After the stamping is completed, the slider rises, separates the upper and lower molds, takes out the processed workpiece, and prepares for the next stamping.
