Maintenance and care
1. The recommended working oil is No. 32 or No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the oil temperature is within the range of 15 to 60 degrees Celsius.
2. The oil is allowed to be added to the oil tank only after strict filtration.
3. The working oil should be replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months;
4. The slider should be regularly filled with lubricating oil, the exposed surface of the column should be kept clean at all times, and the oil should be sprayed before each work.
5. The maximum allowable eccentricity of the concentrated load is 40mm under the nominal pressure of 500T. Excessive eccentricity can easily cause the column to be strained or other adverse phenomena.
6. Calibrate and check the pressure gauge every six months;
7. If the machine is out of use for a long time, the surface of each part should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.
Safety operation matters
1. Those who do not understand the machine structure performance or operation procedures should not start the machine without authorization;
2. The mold should not be repaired or adjusted during the operation of the machine;
3. When the machine is found to have serious oil leakage or other abnormalities (such as unreliable movement, loud noise, vibration, etc.), it should be stopped to analyze the reasons and try to eliminate them. It is not allowed to be put into production with problems:
4. It is not allowed to be overloaded or used beyond the maximum eccentricity:
5. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum stroke of the slider, and the minimum mold closing height shall not be less than 600mm.

7. At the end of each day's work: put the slider to the lowest position.
Secondary maintenance
1. The machine tool is operated for 5000 hours for secondary maintenance. It is mainly repaired by maintenance workers, and operators participate. In addition to performing the first-level maintenance content, the following work should be done, and the wearing parts should be mapped. Spare parts are proposed.
2. First, cut off the power supply for maintenance work. (See the table below)
